Delays caused by weather, port congestion, customs inspection or carriers are outside our control, but we will always keep you informed. Please inspect goods on delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.

Returns, refunds & cancellations

Damaged or incorrect goods: report within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace, repair or refund the affected items at no cost to you. Cancellations: orders can be cancelled for a full refund before we place the factory order. After that, the deposit covers costs already committed to the manufacturer and freight; any unspent portion is refunded. Custom and special orders (custom colours, sizes or configured systems) cannot be returned unless faulty. In-stock items in unused, original packaging can be returned within 14 days for a refund or credit, less any delivery cost. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty shown on your quotation and product sheet. Solar equipment warranties vary by product (for example, panels typically carry long-term performance warranties and inverters and batteries carry multi-year product warranties). We handle warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf. Warranties do not cover damage from incorrect installation, misuse, storms, flooding or power surges. We recommend that solar systems are installed by a licensed electrician.

Privacy policy

We collect only the information needed to quote, process and deliver your order: your name, phone, email, delivery address and order details. We use it to communicate with you about your order and, if you agree, to send occasional product offers. We share it only with the parties needed to complete your order (payment processors, shipping and customs agents). We do not sell your information.
